When you book a reading or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the birth details you choose to share (date, time and place of birth) so that a reading can be prepared. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and the content of your messages.
We use your information only to prepare and deliver your reading, to arrange and confirm appointments, to respond to your enquiries, and to keep records of the services we have provided. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use trusted third-party services to run the business: Calendly for scheduling, our payment provider for taking payment, and WhatsApp and email for communication. These providers process your information on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We share your details with no one else unless we are required to by law.
We keep your booking and reading records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
